Regenerate Brief

Generates a new version of a current Brief for the same period, using the Agent's current configuration and sources. The Brief stays current until its replacement publishes, which supersedes it. Regenerations do not email subscribers. A superseded Brief returns 409 brief_superseded; a retry with the same Idempotency-Key returns the original Operation.
