Api V2 Tradeworkz Me Feed Delete

Delete every in_app notification row belonging to the caller.

Only touches the in_app channel — pending email / webhook rows the delivery worker hasn't shipped yet are left in place so a "clear my inbox" gesture on the dashboard doesn't accidentally cancel a queued email. Returns the number of rows deleted.
