Api V2 Scorecard Sessions Get

Recent trading days that have a scorecard, newest first.

Backs the /scorecard landing page. Mirrors the /api/replay/sessions and /api/forecast/available-dates contract — {symbol, count, sessions: []} with enough per-date metadata (Playbook call count and the labeled closing regime) that a card renders without a fetch per day.

Empty sessions means the engine has never written for that symbol, not an error.
