Internal Mark

Record a worker's outcome for one or more queued rows.

status: sent | failed | cancelled | retry. retry keeps the rows queued with one more attempt counted, and turns into failed once a row has used :data:MAX_DELIVERY_ATTEMPTS. Only rows still queued move, so a late or repeated call cannot flip a row a member's unsubscribe already cancelled back to sent.
