Get Webflow OAuth URL

Returns Webflow's consent URL for the Zernio Webflow app. The user picks exactly one site there; Webflow then returns the browser to Zernio's internal callback, which connects that site and redirects to redirect_url (or the dashboard when omitted). Picking several sites connects none and redirects with error=webflow_pick_one_site. Connecting a site already connected with a site token upgrades the same account. Only an OAuth connection can install tracking tags on the site (installTrackingTagOnStore); blogs work with either. The token does not expire.
