Get list of all chains

Changed on

Returns every chain Zerion supports, with the chain IDs that all other endpoints use. Use it to populate chain selectors or to check a chain ID before calling other endpoints.

Each chain's flags report per-capability support: whether trading, sending, bridging, transaction history, positions and NFT positions are available on that chain.
