Top pages by views for the site.

views are real page views per page. url is the path (/pricing) for pages on the site's own domain and host + path for other hosts. avg_value_score is the mean value score of the visits that entered on the page (0 when none did). An optional note says from which date page views are counted, or that views were approximated by landing visits.
