Save Item

Manual archive override / retry (move/rename/refile, retry a failed one).

Persists direction/money-source overrides, validates the target drive + its direction template (422), and re-queues the item for the archiver to perform the upload (the API service holds no storage client). → 200 {"msg": "File ... saved"}.
