Import Config

Import a config bundle (admin). Multipart field file (JSON export shape).

Bulk-creates new companies/integrations/users (skip-existing); secrets are re-encrypted at rest. 413 over the configured upload cap; 422 {"msg": "Unable to import file"} on a malformed or integrity-violating bundle.
