Create Journal Entry File
Generate a journal-entry export file from the selected bank entries (legacy).
200 → the file bytes as an attachment download, with X-Journal-* summary headers. 422 {"msg"} on any invalid/ineligible/empty/over-cap selection. 503 {"msg"} when the accountant is unreachable / fails. 409 conflict.documentDateFiscalYearNotOpen when a selected movement's date has no bookable fiscal year (ZET-316) — see the module docstring for why that one is not retryable.
