Reverse a payment: mirror JE, allocations + payment marked reversed, open items rebuilt. payment_id is the gl_payment id (from GET/POST /gl/payments — GlPaymentOut.id), not the journal-entry id; a payment entry's journal_entry_id is listed alongside it.
