Create Fixed Asset

Register a fixed asset by hand; posts nothing.

Writes the asset and, when a date is known, its acquisition event. With journal_line_id ("register from this movement") the cost comes from a posted purchase line on the category's asset account (see …/fixed-asset-register/ unregistered-movements): the line must be a debit with room for this cost (invalid.assetMovement), no held AI capitalization proposal may cover it (conflict.assetMovementHasProposal), and the category's accumulated-depreciation account must carry no depreciation booked outside the register (conflict.assetContraHasDepreciation — the asset would be depreciated twice).
