Get Account Ledger Xlsx

One account's ledger (Kontoauszug) as an .xlsx (CompanyMember, ZCT-809).

The Excel twin of the Account details screen and driven by the same account_ledger read, so the two cannot disagree about a balance. The whole date window is exported — never the page on screen — up to :data:MAX_EXPORT_ROWS, beyond which the request is refused rather than truncated.

No fiscal-year parameter, for the same reason the ledger endpoint takes none: the chart is FY-owned, so account_id already fixes the year. 404 when the account is not this company's.
