Accountant Version

The active prompt-bundle / ruleset identity of the deployed accountant (jwt or API key).

Never raises on an unreachable accountant: this is a diagnostic endpoint, and one that 503s when the service is down tells the caller less than available: false does. A resolution failure is different and is passed through verbatim — the accountant answers 200 with resolved: null plus an error, which is a real, reportable state of the deployment.
