Desktop app and LinkedIn account state

Whether the desktop app is up, and per-account pacing counters. The desktop reports about once an hour, so desktop_active is true when it last reported within 75 minutes; desktop_state separates a desktop that went quiet from one never seen. Active means the app was open at last_seen, not that a campaign is running: read accounts[].is_running for that. A desktop that closed a minute after reporting still reads active for up to 75 minutes.

Current state. When desktop_state is went_quiet or never_seen, accounts is [] and phase/linkedin_status are absent; last_seen is null only for never_seen.
