Updates the name or description of an existing library identified by name.

Renaming a library changes the URL segment used to address it; subsequent requests must use the new name.

Org-level include path globs. null leaves the existing value unchanged (e.g. when editing a plain local library); an empty array explicitly clears it. Ignored for a library with no repository source. Never changes the repository URL/kind — delete and recreate the library to change the source.

Org-level exclude path globs. Same null-vs-empty semantics as string[]? UpdateLibraryRequest.IncludeFilters.

runFullResyncboolean

When true for a Notion-sourced library, schedules a full resync to apply filter changes to already-ingested pages. Filter edits alone never imply this destructive backstop.
