Set lobby avatar for a user

Sets the base lobby avatar of the given user. Same behaviour as the user-scoped POST /account/game/lobby_avatar.

The ID of the user whose lobby avatar is set.

avatarstring required

Lobby avatar ID, e.g. default_3_male. Must be one of the known avatars.
