Purchase a marketplace listing

Purchases an active listing from the offchain marketplace using off-chain vee. Item listings can be purchased partially by providing an amount, while Zee listings must always be bought as a single unit. The marketplace charges per purchased unit, burns the configured fee, and transfers the remainder to the seller.
