Get trade history as colon-delimited strings

Returns paginated trades formatted as colon-delimited strings matching the contract_history shape: timestamp:operationType:veeAmount:itemAmount:transactionId:unitPrice. operationType is 0 (buy) or 1 (sell). unitPrice is VEE per item.
