Track Facebook install referrer

Decrypts the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) install-referrer payload from the Google Play Install Referrer API, stores the submission in the analytics DB and records the ad attribution in PostHog for the authenticated user. Send every field the install-referrer SDK provides; unknown fields are stored verbatim.
