Trust Badge Json

Shields.io JSON endpoint — RETIRED (V2, 2026-08-10). Like /badge, this no longer renders a score (the value recomputed per request and drifted; never a stable dated observation). It returns a neutral shields payload so an embedded badge reads 'retired' instead of showing a number.
