Public Cutout Version
One cut-out of an asset, while it is approved (decision 209).
A channel keeps a picture by its URL, so a cut-out replaced or approved behind one URL was never fetched again: the feed names the cut-out it sends, and a new one is a new URL. What it names never changes; once rejected it is 404.
