Operate On Draft
Change the draft by operations (decision 194), all or none, against the revision read.
The request is OPERATIONS_SCHEMA (GET /template-schema/operations); a request that is none is a 400 invalid-operations, as is an operation that cannot be applied; a document they make that is no template, a 400 invalid-template; a revision that is not the draft's, a 409. The answer gives the draft's new revision, the layers changed, what each operation did and the operations that undo the batch — and, once saved, editor_url: the editor with the changed layers chosen.
