Reset Password

A temporary password for someone who forgot theirs, returned once (decision 234).

What zalia reset-password does: their own password stops working, every session they have is signed out, and they choose a new one when they next sign in. No email is sent: the admin hands it over. 409 platform-admin for a platform admin, whose password is reset on the server, so that a platform admin's stolen session cannot take another admin's account; 409 account-deactivated for an account that cannot sign in anyway.
