Prefer'respond-async'

respond-async を付けて呼ぶと、即座に 202 が返りジョブが作られる（RFC 7240。サーバの設定によっては付けてもジョブにならず、同期で処理して 200 を返す）。省略すると同期処理（既存互換。サーバの設定によっては、同じ受け付けのあと一定時間だけ完了を待ち、終われば同期と同じ 200 か同じ形のエラー、終わらなければ Preference-Applied なしの 202 を返す）。REST から呼ぶときは Prefer: respond-async と Idempotency-Key ヘッダを付けること（同期で処理されたときは Idempotency-Key は効かない）。

対象の行ID（get_project の lines[].id）。**省略すると、音声が無い行と、読みの辞書の変更で読みが変わった行（audio_stale）すべて。**指定した行のうち、音声があって読みも変わっていない行は force が無ければ作らない

合成した行数（同期パス。Prefer なしの呼び出しをサーバが待つ設定で、待つ間にジョブが終わったときも同じ形）
