Dynamic client registration (RFC 7591)

Open, with no pre-approval. Public clients are supported, so a client_secret is optional. Send Idempotency-Key so a retry after a dropped connection returns the first registration rather than making a second client.

Idempotency-Keystring

A unique string, usually a UUID, naming this attempt. Repeating a request under the same key returns the first answer instead of writing again, for 24 hours. The same key with a different body is a 422. The answer carries Idempotency-Replayed. A key is scoped to the credential that sent it, so it only ever replays your own answer and never has to be unguessable.
