Test Imessage Webhook Setup

Register Beckett's inbound webhook with Sendblue (idempotent). Admin-only.

Uses PUT to replace Sendblue's webhook config rather than POST-to-add, so running this twice leaves exactly one canonical receive webhook — never stale duplicates.

Preserves any non-receive webhook types that are already registered (call_log, contact_created, etc.) by reading current state first and merging in the new receive entry.
