Test Imessage Status

Check Sendblue account status — lines, webhooks, and rot detection. Admin-only.

Returns lines, all registered webhooks (dict-of-lists keyed by type), configured from_number, whether the webhook auth secret is set, whether our canonical receive webhook is registered in Sendblue's config, and whether any legacy tokenized receive URLs are still present. Webhook URLs are masked for safe screenshotting.
