Adjust Loyalty Customer Points

Adds or removes points from a customer's balance outside of normal campaign earning: for goodwill credits, support resolutions, or corrections. The adjustment appears in the customer's points history. A 423 means the customer record is mid-processing: retry the same request after a few seconds.
