Diagnose

Admin-only diagnostic endpoint — returns Anthropic key status and a live test call.

Requires the X-Admin-Key header to match settings.ADMIN_SECRET_KEY — see app.api.deps.require_admin_key for the status codes and their rationale (404 if unconfigured, 403 on key mismatch).
