Update a project note
Rewrite a project note an agent wrote that no longer holds. Notes a person wrote, and pinned notes, are people's: add a note of your own, or ask the human. Only people pin and unpin notes, in the app.
Needs a read-and-write token. Same as the MCP tool update_note.
