Initiate a send transaction from vault.

The stablecoin identifier to transfer (e.g. USDT_TRC20, USDC_SOL).

The unique ID of the originating vault from which funds will be withdrawn. USD_BALANCE is also acceptable here, to transfer from USD float balance to destination vault.

The transfer amount.

A unique client-generated reference used to ensure idempotency and prevent duplicate transfers.

countryCodestring required

Recipient country code. e.g. NG

travelRuleDatastring required

Travel rule data based on travel rule config for recipient country code.
