Get a Reddit comment (live)

Fetch a single Reddit comment on demand. The postId of the post the comment belongs to is required - a comment ID alone can no longer be resolved to its post. Always returns has_more: false. Fetches directly from the platform and returns one page with a cursor. Not available for trial access keys.
