Remote MCP (Streamable HTTP POST)

Model Context Protocol 2026-07-28 Streamable HTTP message endpoint. Not a JSON REST resource — use an MCP client. Public catalog, resolve_short_url, and begin_registration do not require an account. Account tools require Authorization: Bearer with an API key or an OAuth access token (authorization code + PKCE; audience is the MCP resource). A session cookie does not authorize this endpoint. An invalid Bearer is 401 and is not anonymous. See /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.
