Exposes services.data_source_registry.list_sources() -- the same table admin.html's Data Factory panel reads -- but PUBLICLY and read-only, whitelisting only non-sensitive columns. Deliberately strips last_error/last_error_at/last_error_notified_at: raw exception text can leak internal details (stack fragments, upstream account/ quota specifics) that have no business being public, even though the whole point of this page is transparency about which sources are live vs down. "This source failed recently" is the honest, safe signal; the raw error string is not.
