Code Local Setup

Everything the user needs to get the site onto their LOCAL drive and keep it in sync — XeoRank's only job for local work. After cloning, git is the sync engine: edit locally → push → the git-linked Vercel project auto-builds. That IS the branch auto-sync; no separate machinery. Cheap read, no external calls.
