Mcp Get

GET on the MCP endpoint. We do not serve a server-initiated SSE stream, but auth runs FIRST (via CurrentTenant), so an unauthenticated GET returns 401 + WWW-Authenticate (OAuth discovery) instead of a bare 405 that makes browser MCP clients (Grok) treat the endpoint as dead.
