Get Payment Method Capabilities

결제수단 기능 켜짐 여부 (U3-H). 콘솔은 이것으로 자동결제 카드 등록 진입점을 그릴지 정한다.

정본은 BE 스위치 하나다(config.payup_hub_enabled) - FE 빌드 변수로 따로 두면 FE 켜짐 · BE 꺼짐일 때 고객이 404 막다른 길을 만난다(console 편지 1a0c4b99f30). /{payment_method_id} 보다 앞에 둔다 (경로가 겹치면 그 라우트가 'capabilities' 를 ID 로 읽으려 한다).

환경을 고릅니다. 값은 production · real_test · sandbox 중 하나입니다. 경로 접두(/v1/sandbox/... · /v1/test/... · /v1/production/...) · X-Env-Scope 헤더 · env_scope 쿼리 가운데 한 통로로 반드시 보내야 합니다. 빼면 자동으로 채우지 않고 거절하며, 두 통로에 서로 다른 값을 담아도 거절합니다. 거절은 HTTP 422 이고 오류 코드는 VALIDATION_ENV_SCOPE_MISMATCH 입니다.
