묶음 실행 조회 - 이 호출이 단계를 한 칸 민다

묶음 실행의 지금 상태를 읽는다. 이 호출이 아직 끝나지 않은 실행을 한 단계 진행시킨다(기다리지 않고 지금 상태를 돌려준다). 끝날 때까지 이 주소를 폴링한다.

끝난 실행은 진행시키지 않고 읽어서 그대로 돌려준다.
