Begin uninstalling an installation. The installation is marked 'deleting' so billing can finalize before being soft-deleted; the 204 defers final deletion to Vercel's 24-hour window. (Vercel's contract also allows a 200 with {"finalized": true} for immediate deletion; Xata always finalizes asynchronously.)
