Support

Open a paid support ticket

Paid support ticket. One ticket covers one problem. Each ticket costs a one-time $5.00 USDC (x402) payment on Base. A person replies by email within 5 business days. The reply is an answer from the person who runs the directory, not a guarantee that the problem can be solved. If the problem turns out to be an error on our side, we refund the ticket by hand to the wallet that paid. Otherwise the fee is not refunded. Privacy requests and security reports are never behind a payment: email info@x402-list.com. Delisting requests and data corrections also go by email, at no cost. The paid flow is the standard x402 handshake: the first call (no PAYMENT-SIGNATURE) returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and an accepts[] body (single option) plus the app-level error code support_ticket_fee_required; sign the payment and retry the same request with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. On success the 201 returns the ticket number with a PAYMENT-RESPONSE header. If a paid request ends in a network error or a 5xx without the reason settled_but_not_saved, retry it with the same PAYMENT-SIGNATURE: a payment is never settled twice and never opens two tickets. A 402 with the error tx_timeout or settlement error after a signed request does not prove that nothing was charged: retry with the same PAYMENT-SIGNATURE and do not sign a new payment. If that retry answers HTTP 402 with the error invalid_exact_evm_nonce_already_used, the first request was already settled: do not sign a new payment. The confirmation with the ticket number goes to the email in the request; if none arrives, email info@x402-list.com with the transaction hash. When the payment layer is not configured, the endpoint answers HTTP 503. Tickets are opened by an agent or code through this API, using an x402-capable client.
