Read one connector card from a plane service into the catalog (super_admin)

Calls the service as the runtime identity: /health, <endpoint>/manifest (a v2 module with its tools), the logo (checked: a small inert SVG) and the skill. Stores a new version in platform_connectors/{id} and registers the type as a connector and a module (defaults from its manifest). A card named like a built-in type is refused.
