Sync Plugins from GitHub
Re-imports plugins from your organization's configured GitHub source repositories and republishes them to your marketplace targets. This is the on-demand equivalent of the Sync all now button and the daily auto-sync — it ignores the per-repo auto-sync toggle and the once-per-day guard, re-importing using the credentials captured when each source repo was added.
Source repos are configured under Plugins → Plugins Settings → Sync from GitHub. If none are configured, the sync is a no-op that returns an empty outcomes list.
By default the request runs synchronously and returns per-repo results. For organizations with many repos, set background: true to return immediately (202) and continue the sync server-side.
Requires a token with the admin:write scope.
