Server-sent events stream for real-time dashboard updates.

Authentication: vk_org_token cookie (required).

Events emitted:

  • counts: case queue tab counts, sent immediately on connect then every 15 s. Payload: {type, unassigned, mine, pending_second_review, escalated, all}.
  • new_case: emitted whenever the unassigned count increases. Payload: {type, count}.
