Build output after a line number. With follow=true (or Accept: application/x-ndjson) the lines stream as they are written.

Streamed: {type: line, seq, at, stream, text} for each line, then {type: done, state, image} when the build has ended, or {type: continue, after} after 110 s, to reconnect with after set.
