Serve a sandbox's port or an App at your own hostname, with automatic HTTPS.
Claims the hostname and answers the DNS records to set: a TXT record that proves the name is yours, and a CNAME (an A record for an apex name) that sends visitors here. Checks the TXT record at once. Needs a kept top-up. Calling it again with another sandbox or port points the name there. With appId instead of sandboxId and port, an App serves the name through every deploy and rollback; add its _acme-challenge CNAME too, and point the name at the App once certificate.ready is true.

Headers
Replaying the same key with the same request within 24 hours returns the first result and never repeats the effect. A refusal is not kept: a request refused before it ran (no_capacity, busy, a limit) runs afresh when sent again with its key. The SDKs send one automatically; the server makes one when absent and returns it in the idempotency-key response header.
