Duplicate a task

Create a copy of an existing task. Copies title (prefixed with "Copy of "), description, priority, and phase/sub-group assignment. Does NOT copy status (defaults to not_started), due date, assignee, comments, activity log, or subtasks. Only parent tasks can be duplicated, not subtasks.
