List matching sessions for a cohort (MED-829 / E23-8)

Returns all matching_sessions rows for the cohort that are NOT expired and NOT soft-deleted, sorted by updated_at DESC. Each row includes the owner's display fields (first_name, last_name, avatar_url) fetched via a single LEFT JOIN. The cohort Groups tab sessions panel polls this endpoint every 30 s.

The list is intentionally small (per cohort, typically 1-3 rows) so there is no pagination.
