Cohort Compensation

Get compensation configuration for a cohort

Returns the compensation config, resolved rates (global merged with overrides), and the cohort's modality profile — which modalities are enabled, which 1:1 session types and durations are configured, and whether in-person events exist. The modality profile (MED-731) is used by the Configure Compensation modal to filter rate rows down to only the ones relevant to this cohort.

True when the cohort has at least one in_person_booster event. Gates the In-Person Half/Full Day rate rows.
