Adds a website to the receptionist's knowledge. Allo crawls the site from this URL in the background and returns the entry right away; the receptionist can answer from it once indexing has finished. A crawl failure is not reported back. If another line of the team already added the URL, the existing website is linked to this line instead of crawled again.
